报告题目：Local dynamics and shape of mean curvature flow singularities

报告摘要：A central question in geometric flow is to understand how the geometry and topology change after passing through singularities. I will first survey the recent progress of singularity analysis of mean curvature flow. Then I will explain how the local dynamics influence the shape of the flow near a singularity. This talk is based on joint work with Zhihan Wang and Jinxin Xue.

报告人简介：孙奥博士现为美国里海大学助理教授，他本科就读于清华大学，博士就读于麻省理工学院，导师是William Minicozzi. 之后在芝加哥大学任Dickson Instructor，合作导师是André Neves. 他一直致力于几何PDE方向的研究，在极小曲面和平均曲率流方向上取得了诸多成果，发表在J. Differential Geom., Geom. Topol., Ann. PDE.等杂志上。
