报告摘要A central question in geometric flow is to understand how the geometry and topology change after passing through singularities. I will first survey the recent progress of singularity analysis of mean curvature flow. Then I will explain how the local dynamics influence the shape of the flow near a singularity. This talk is based on joint work with Zhihan Wang and Jinxin Xue.


报告人简介孙奥博士现为美国里海大学助理教授他本科就读于清华大学博士就读于麻省理工学院导师是William Minicozzi. 之后在芝加哥大学任Dickson Instructor合作导师是André Neves. 他一直致力于几何PDE方向的研究在极小曲面和平均曲率流方向上取得了诸多成果发表在J. Differential Geom., Geom. Topol., Ann. PDE.等杂志上
